Services

So what could you expect from an NHS stop smoking support service?

Friendly and non-judgemental support from an accredited stop smoking advisor.  Your first session will usually last about 20-30 minutes, then there can be approximately three to five follow up sessions, each about 10-15 minutes in duration, to help keep you focused and on track. We will also provide you with advice about stop smoking medication.

For all the services below please call 0800 018 4304 or complete our online referral form.
